Trailhead Courses
Welcome back!
Abandoned Carts
One thing I learned about whilst doing a trailhead course is the importance of abandoned carts. This prevents a valuable opportunity for businesses to try and engage more with customers and try to get sales through. Checking consumers abandoned carts can give insights on where in the process the sale fell through. Using these details if customer has previous data in the system, reminders can be sent via email that their products are still in their cart. Automated emails can be sent with offers to the customer to try get the sale over the line. This can be a very effective marketing tool.
Salesblazers
A salesbazer is a professional who solves people’s problems with
the best possible solution. From lead calls to up-selling/cross-selling or
closing deals. Takes a lot of skills like relationship building, customer
research, sales data analysis and much more.
They have certain roles such as
Business development Representative (BDR) is the start of
the sales process. Their job is to find potential customers who are most likely
to buy the company’s product.
Account Executive (AE) also known as sales representatives. They
take leads from BDRs and close deals. Their job is to get the customer the
right product they’re looking for.
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) which combines oversight of sales, marketing, finance and ensure that customer experience is as easy as possible.
Strategic Prospecting
Become a trusted advisor: You enter the conversation with
experience in the topic so people would be interested in hearing your point of
view.
Large Number of Accounts: Have a large number of leads to choose
from so choose most likely to purchase
